Killinghall Parish Council is the local tier of the Government responsible for the parish of Killinghall. We hold data securely in line with Killinghall Parish Council’s document retention and management procedure. We keep all data for as long as (a) the project (i.e. the Allotments) it is collected for is in operation; and (b) on an ongoing basis, but normally deleted after 1 year if our association with you is not active.
