About us
Killinghall Moor Allotments were constructed by Persimmon Homes and sold to Killinghall Parish Council in late 2025. The site was officially opened on Friday 7th November, 2025.
The allotments form part of the King Edwin Park estate, which lies within Killinghall Parish and contains around six hundred homes. As such, we aim to operate in a way that does not cause nuisance to residents or damage to the environment.
The Parish Council, Killinghall Moor Allotments Committee, and all plot holders are committed to working collaboratively to maintain an attractive and welcoming community facility. This partnership aims to foster a positive environment that encourages the productive and ecologically sensitive cultivation of vegetables, fruit, and flowers.
